The staff is very informative and helpful. the breakfasts are great, with fantastic views and delicious bacon. - the room is large and the bed is lovely. - the bathroom is good. - the location is beautiful and stunning, very near to Leura shops.

Nice surrounds. Walking distance to the Mall for dinner
I would have preferred the option of an earlier breakfast. We go to the mountains to walk and the long walks require an early start.

Its reputation! Good location.
Overpriced, small room ( the Executive Suite..NOT Likely!)..cold..minimal heating, no magazines, had to sit on the end of the bed to watch the tiny tv, very cold in Leura and we were left to put on the electric blackets if we wished..room very cold, bathroom colder..the previous guest's soap still in the shower recess..no ambiance at all, the operators utilize the downstairs "lounge" as there own and this doesn't offer anything to the experience! Very poor and very disappointing..stay somewhere else!!

Original hotel with free Wi-Fi. the location was favorable in the Blue Mountains. - the venue was right by the Leura Cascades and Leura shops. - the room was neat and huge, had a balcony and coffee. - Mountain view was pleasant. - In general, the staff were accommodating and friendly.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and great views, it was a perfect accommodation for my weekend stay, everything was wonderful, highly recommended.

We loved that Denise and Larry made us feel part of the family and really helpful. The house is beautifully preserved but still a home. Being centrally located just outside Leura a short walk into town and in a peaceful area We wish them very success with their future plans for the business, Marie and Bob

Spacious room with a mini fridge and a shared bathroom for $167. the staff were really nice and went out of their way to help us during our stay. 😊

The location is great, close to Katoomba, a beautiful area. the rooms are spacious and have a unique view, making you feel at home.

original traditional hotel, pleasant views, stunning location to sydney skyline. quiet and absolutely fantastic room plus it's own balcony and coffee. exceptionally comfortable beds and a good bathroom. location just next door to the leura shops and restaurants and the leura cascades and leura mall & beautiful old building.

We had a wonderful stay for a rainy weekend.
We really enjoyed it and recommend to anyone! The hotel was located near to communal areas, and downtown. The breakfasts were great, always with plenty of meals...
